We start by removing soil up to 36 inches wide around the foundation, an extensive removal process that ensures every inch of your foundation is accessible. Unlike most services, we haul away all soil and debris, giving your foundation a fresh start. Key steps include:
Deep Soil Removal – 36 inches of soil cleared around the foundation to provide ample space for repair and waterproofing.
Exterior Cleaning – Scraping and cleaning off all exterior surfaces to remove dirt, old materials, and debris for a solid working surface.
Structural Wall Straightening and Reinforcement
Our team doesn’t just cover up wall issues; we address the structural integrity of your foundation walls first. Using posts and jacks placed every 10-12 feet, we push bowing or damaged walls back into alignment, ensuring they’re square before exterior work begins. Our goal is to restore your foundation walls to their original position and strength:
Wall Straightening – We carefully push out and straighten walls, addressing bowing and cracks.

We personally install the exterior and interior drain tile (pitched properly - high point opposite of pit), and 4” non-perforated drain tile under the footing connecting directly to the sump pump pit prior to waterproofing the foundation/basement walls.
Thick application (approx. 1/4” thick) of a fibrous, waterproofing “membrane” on the basement/foundation walls, that expands & contracts between the winter and summer months and never harden.
